Abby took my joke. You should visit Wisconsin (in the sumer or early fall to start). On the backroads there is a cheese factory on every corner. You haven't lived or loved and known cheese until you have had fresh curds from the vat. Or at least almost that fresh. If I miss anything about Wisconsin other than my dad it is definitely the cheese.
